Refund policy

We offer a 30-day no hassle return policy 🐾 — which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Be sure to inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right 🐶.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at support@luckypawshoppe.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first 🙂

📦 For our friends in the European Union, you have a 14-day window to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must still be in their original condition, unworn, with tags and proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
